Performance Ad Copywriter

As a Copywriter for digital advertising campaigns, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling copy for various platforms such as Google Search Ads, Meta Ads, cover pics, and video callouts. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and writing engaging headlines, descriptions, and CTAs to maximize the impact of the ads. - Collaborating with the creative team to provide hook lines, scripts for video ads, and overlay text for creatives while ensuring messaging is adapted for different placements. - Monitoring ad performance reports including CTR, engagement, and conversions, and refreshing underperforming ad variations with stronger angles. - Crafting awareness-driven hooks for top-of-funnel ads and persuasive CTAs for remarketing/retargeting campaigns to drive conversions. - Coordinating efficiently with designers and the video team to ensure alignment between copy and visuals. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - 2-4 years of experience specifically in writing ad copy for digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or both. - A strong portfolio showcasing successful ad headlines, social media videos, CTAs, or creative concepts. - The ability to adapt tone and messaging according to different brands and funnel stages. - Understanding of key performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, and how copy impacts them. - Excellent collaboration skills as you will closely work with designers, video editors, and media managers.
