Backed by AWS EdStart, Nvidia Inception, NASSCOM, IIIT-B, and multiple government grants , we’re now preparing for rapid scale. The Role We’re looking for a Co-Founder & Head of Sales/Growth who can take Perceived Design from strong early traction to global market expansion . This is not just a job — it’s an opportunity to own equity , invest alongside us , and be part of the leadership team shaping the next big SaaS category in immersive learning. You will: Lead global sales and GTM strategy for enterprise L&D, education, and training markets. Build partnerships with OEMs, distributors, EdTech platforms, enterprises, and training companies . Scale a high-performing sales team with structured processes for B2B SaaS growth. Contribute to fundraising, investor relations, and strategic decision-making at the leadership level. Represent Perceived Design at international conferences, expos, and enterprise networks . Ideal Profile 8–12+ years in Enterprise Sales, SaaS, L&D, or Immersive Tech . Proven track record of closing multi-crore B2B deals and building sales pipelines at scale. Strong network across corporate training, EdTech, or enterprise innovation teams . Entrepreneurial mindset — ready to take ownership as a co-founder with skin in the game . Ability to invest personally (seed-level contribution), signaling alignment and commitment.
