We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Café Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and food preparation, and be committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our café. Key Responsibilities: Greet and serve customers in a warm and professional manner Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee and tea Handle food preparation (e.g., sandwiches, snacks, bakery items,hot beverages) Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including tables, counters, and equipment Restock supplies and display items as needed Follow food safety and health & safety guidelines Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned Requirements: Previous experience in a café or customer service role is an advantage but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays A positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Skills: Barista training or knowledge of coffee machines (preferred but not essential) Team player with the ability to multitask Good personal hygiene and grooming standards Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Shift allowance Experience: Cooking: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Preferred) Kannada (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person

Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and reliable Cook/Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing a variety of dishes, ensuring quality, taste, and hygiene standards. You’ll play a key role in crafting meals that keep customers coming back. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Plan and execute daily food preparation and cooking activities Ensure food is cooked and presented in an appealing and timely manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas Manage inventory and notify when stock is low or expired Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines strictly Assist in developing or updating menu items if needed Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations Minimize food wastage and optimize ingredient usage Requirements: Proven experience as a cook or chef (restaurant, café, or catering preferred) Ability to prepare a variety of dishes (snacks, meals, beverages, etc.) Strong understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Good communication and team collaboration skills Preferred Skills: Specialized knowledge in [Indian / South Indian / Street food / Bakery] cuisine Experience in food plating and presentation Ability to train junior kitchen staff.
