As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales, technical inquiries regarding the use of and fix for our Electronic Support Services. A main point of contact for customers. Responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and raised issues. Job Requirement: B.E./B.S. in a technical field or equivalent experience required 5 to 12 years of relevant working experience with PeopleSoft HCM (In North America Payroll and Time & Labor) Prior experience in providing technical customer support Solid grasp of NA Payroll, Time & Labor products. Technical experience in fix and debugging PeopleSoft issues - App Engines, Integration broker, Cobol, People code, Fluid. Looking for self driven and result oriented personnel with strong problem solving and customer support skills.
