About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of coordination, ensuring seamless communication, effective time management, and execution of high-priority projects across business verticals. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare, organize, and review documents, presentations, and reports prior to meetings. Coordinate and follow up on internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Draft correspondence, emails, and official notes with attention to tone and accuracy. Support in strategic planning, meeting coordination, and documentation of action points. Liaise with senior management, business partners, and key stakeholders. Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure follow-through. Oversee office operations related to the CEO’s requirements, including vendor and event coordination. Maintain excellent organizational systems and workflow processes to improve efficiency. Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools. Positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented attitude. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting top leadership or C-suite executives. Experience in managing confidential matters and strategic coordination. Prior exposure to corporate, entrepreneurial, or high-growth environments preferred.
