Job Overview : We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, helping them grow their skills and expertise. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and incorporate them into the development process when appropriate. Ensure the security and scalability of applications and systems, especially in the context of healthcare compliance and regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Required Skills and Qualifications : Expert proficiency in .NET framework for backend development (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API). Strong experience with front-end development using React and Angular (ability to switch between both as required). Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance in SQL Server. Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and coding best practices. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment. Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus. Experience with unit testing frameworks and tools (e.g., NUnit, Jest). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. At least 8+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack role. Prior experience in healthcare IT or working with healthcare systems is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leads to gain a thorough understanding of role requirements and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly Identify and implement the most effective sourcing and recruitment methods to attract top-tier candidates. Conduct sourcing activities across multiple platforms, including job portals, LinkedIn, and proprietary databases. Perform comprehensive screening calls to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Maintain accurate and timely MIS reports on candidate submissions, interview progress, and hiring outcomes. Preferred candidate profile Strong technical understanding & recruitment expertise in Product Engineer. Proficient in using various recruitment portals, job boards, and hiring platforms to source and attract candidates. Dynamic, self-motivated, and proactive individual with a strong drive for results.
