Job Overview : We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable web applications that integrate with healthcare systems. You should be an expert in .NET, React, Angular, and possess strong SQL Server skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that improve healthcare services. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using .NET, React, Angular, and SQL Server. Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance, ensuring smooth interaction between the front-end and back-end systems. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and implement new features and enhancements. Lead the technical architecture, design, and implementation of end-to-end solutions. Ensure code quality and maintainability through writing unit tests, conducting peer reviews, and following best development practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, helping them grow their skills and expertise. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and incorporate them into the development process when appropriate. Ensure the security and scalability of applications and systems, especially in the context of healthcare compliance and regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Required Skills and Qualifications : Expert proficiency in .NET framework for backend development (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API). Strong experience with front-end development using React and Angular (ability to switch between both as required). Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance in SQL Server. Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and coding best practices. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment. Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus. Experience with unit testing frameworks and tools (e.g., NUnit, Jest). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. At least 8+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack role. Prior experience in healthcare IT or working with healthcare systems is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
