People & Ops Lead

As a People & Ops manager, you will be directly responsible for handling a large number of users. This means that you will be responsible for directly interacting with them, responding to their queries, and managing a team of 5-10 people who will help you execute the user queries. You will have to help build the processes and SOPs and manage the team to make sure that they perform to the best of their ability.

Past experience:

• User obsession (past experience in the hospitality industry is helpful)
• Strong communication skills: You will directly interact with the users and manage a team.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Ability to multitask and bring structure to an unstructured environment.
• 1-3 years of work experience.

Job Details:

• Position: Operations Manager
• Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)
• Monthly Salary: 60 k (fixed) + 10 k (performance based bonus)
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week (60+ hrs per week)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Maximum 3 years of total work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in leading or managing teams/projects (formal or informal)
• Comfortable with fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Willing to work 6 days a week from our office in HSR Layout, Bangalore
