People Operations - Global Sr. Data & Digital advisor

As a proactive and technically skilled Data Analyst within the Global Digital & Data team supporting People Operations, your role will involve transforming data into actionable insights, automating manual workflows, and building dashboards to facilitate data-driven decisions across the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze datasets, automate reporting and data processing tasks, and develop scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, Python, Excel/VBA, and SQL. Your attention to detail, business acumen, strong communication skills, and dedication to enhancing efficiency through data and automation will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance throughout analytics and automation workflows. - Design and create interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, emphasizing DAX measures, Power Query, M Code, and data modeling principles. - Utilize Python (including Pandas, NumPy, Tkinter, and PyInstaller) for data analysis, scripting, tool development, and automation. - Develop and maintain SQL queries (at an intermediate level) for extracting, transforming, and analyzing structured data. - Construct and automate workflows using Advanced Excel, incorporating complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA macros. - Employ MS Access for small-scale data management and automation when necessary. - Engage with business stakeholders to comprehend operational requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. - Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting and analytics solutions. - Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and automate manual or repetitive processes. What We're Looking For: - Proven experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and process automation. - Strong proficiency in: - Python (with practical experience in Pandas, NumPy, Tkinter, PyInstaller) - Power BI (DAX, Power Query, M Code, data modeling) - SQL (intermediate level) - Advanced Excel and VBA - MS Access - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English and ability to convey complex topics to non-technical audiences. - Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail. - Capability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks concurrently. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 4+ years of pertinent experience in data analytics or automation, preferably supporting operations or HR/People functions. - Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL) is advantageous. - Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git, GitHub) is beneficial. - Experience with data quality management or data governance frameworks is a bonus.
