People Operations Analyst - HR Analytics

As a member of the SolarWinds team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to organizational effectiveness and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. - Analyze workforce data to identify trends in attrition, engagement, performance, and retention. - Deliver actionable insights through statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and prescriptive recommendations. - Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements. - Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to track key HR metrics and KPIs. - Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity. - Lead projects aimed at improving analytics capabilities, data processes, and reporting efficiencies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Mathematics, or a related field. PG certification in Data Science, Business Analytics, or HR Analytics is a plus. - 7-8 years of experience in Business Analytics, with at least 2-3 years in People Analytics. - Proficiency in Python, strong SQL skills, expertise in Tableau, and familiarity with SSMS. - Strong understanding of HR metrics, business analysis, and translating data insights into business value. - Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Highly organized with problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven recommendations.
