Role & responsibilities - End-to-end recruitment (headhunting, interviews, negotiations, onboarding). - Draft & implement HR policies, employee benefit schemes, and POSH compliance. - Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishments Act). - Conduct periodic appraisals, employee feedback, and retention strategies. - Oversee exit formalities, reliving, and employee turnover reporting. - Active social media presence for hiring & employer branding.
