Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced People Analytics Leader to drive data-driven decision-making within our HR function. This role will be responsible for leveraging data insights to enhance workforce planning, employee experience, and overall business outcomes. A Leader who can bridge the gap between business and technology by translating business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in data engineering, analytics, and HR technology (preferably Workday) while working in the US time zone to support global teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, data science, and strategic workforce planning. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring accurate translation of business needs into scalable technical solutions. Design and develop data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) HR and workforce-related data efficiently. Develop and execute a comprehensive people analytics strategy aligned with business objectives. Partner with HR, business leaders, and executive teams to drive data-driven talent strategies. Lead a team of analysts and data professionals to deliver high-impact workforce insights. Data Analysis & Insights Design and implement HR analytics dashboards, reports, and predictive models to improve decision-making. Analyze workforce trends, employee engagement, turnover, productivity, and talent acquisition metrics. Utilize advanced analytics techniques, such as machine learning and predictive modeling, to forecast workforce needs. Technology & Data Governance Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Partner with IT and HRIS teams to enhance HR data systems, automation, and reporting capabilities. Implement best practices in data visualization, storytelling, and reporting. Collaboration & Influence Work closely with HR leaders to optimize diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), performance management, and workforce planning. Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating complex data into actionable insights. Advocate for a data-driven culture within the HR function and the broader organization. Required Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience 10+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or related fields. Proven leadership experience in building and managing analytics teams. Strong expertise in HR metrics, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling. Technical Skills Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in HR analytics. Programming: Proficiency in Python, SQL, or R for data analysis and automation. Data Engineering: Experience with ETL pipelines, APIs, and cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Big Data & Analytics: Expertise in Databricks, Spark (PySpark), and TensorFlow (preferred). Database Management: Strong knowledge of SQL, and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.). Visualization: Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for building HR dashboards. HRIS & ERP Systems: Experience working with Workday, SAP, Oracle HR, or similar. Big Data & Machine Learning (Preferred): Exposure to PySpark, TensorFlow, or predictive analytics is a plus. Soft Skills Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to organizational strategy. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate data into actionable recommendations. Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across different business units. Preferred Qualifications Experience in large-scale organizations or multinational companies. Exposure to DEI analytics, employee engagement, and organizational network analysis. Certification in People Analytics or HR Data Science is a plus
