People Analytics Developer

Role Overview: As a professional data analytics developer at Apple, you will join the People Services & Technology team to collaborate with global people analytics experts in enhancing the employee hire-to-retire experience. Your role will involve working on various people-related products and delivering insights for recruitment, candidate care, employee relations, people surveys, talent planning, and strategic focus areas within the organization. You will play a crucial part in utilizing data from multiple systems to derive powerful insights for leadership and enhance the overall employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy reports, analytics, and dashboards for the Source-to-Hire-to-Retire cycle - Collaborate with business partners and leaders to identify reporting requirements - Use tools like Tableau to create dashboards and reports - Re-model database architecture to meet business needs - Maintain existing analytics products and ensure successful delivery of new features - Enhance the reporting ecosystem for improvement, simplification, standardization, and security - Adhere to Apple Data Compliance and Security standards Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Data Science, or related field - 6+ years of experience in developing and maintaining reports and analytics using analytical reporting tools with a focus on Tableau - Proficiency in data visualization and charting tools to generate dashboards for data insights Additional Details: The company values a proactive approach to task assessment, priority setting, and resolution.
