Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and efficient PEON to join our team at ATHULYA MERCHANTS PRIVATE LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office premises, providing administrative support to our staff, and handling various tasks and errands.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office premises, including common areas such as meeting rooms and kitchens.

· Provide administrative support to our staff, including photocopying, filing, and scanning documents.

· Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

· Assist with the setup and takedown of meeting rooms, including arranging furniture and setting up equipment.

· Monitor and manage office supplies, including ordering and stocking items as needed.

· Run errands outside the office, such as visiting banks or post offices, as required.

· Perform any other duties assigned by the Office Manager or senior staff.

Requirements:

· Age 21-35

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
