Penetration Tester - Web Application

As a web application penetration tester at Redinent Innovations, you will play a crucial role in our research team by conducting penetration testing, reverse engineering, threat assessments, static and dynamic code analysis, and executing test attacks to discover vulnerabilities for some of the leading players in embedded devices globally. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct penetration testing, reverse engineering, threat assessments, static and dynamic code analysis - Execute test attacks to discover vulnerabilities in embedded devices - Develop next-generation cybersecurity technologies for embedded systems, operational technologies, and connected IoT devices - Contribute fresh ideas from diverse areas like data mining, system design, distributed computing, networking, and data storage - Possess strong hands-on penetration skills and in-depth knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, Java, JavaScript, Tomcat, etc. - Understand application security mechanisms including authentication, authorization, data validation, output sanitization/encoding, and encryption practices - Utilize common penetration testing tools like Burp Suite, Nessus, sqlmap, Nmap, Wireshark - Have expertise in network protocols, protection techniques (firewalls, filtering), and methods to bypass them - Deep understanding of web service technologies like WebSockets, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, and security schemes such as OAuth, SAML - Working knowledge of scripting languages/frameworks like Python, Ruby, NodeJS, PHP, basic cryptographic principles, fuzzing, and security code review - Experience with RDBMS systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, ORACLE, proficiency in Linux and Windows OS Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on penetration skills and knowledge of web technologies - Familiarity with web applications, web servers, web browsers, and frameworks - Proficiency in using common penetration testing tools - Expertise in network protocols and protection techniques - Deep understanding of web service technologies and security schemes - Working knowledge of scripting languages/frameworks, cryptographic principles, fuzzing, and security code review - Experience with multiple RDBMS systems, proficiency in Linux and Windows OS - At least 5 years of relevant work experience If you are ready to contribute to cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions and work alongside top engineers, apply now by clicking the button below.,
