Pega Testing

As a Pega Testing specialist in Pune/Bangalore on a Contract to Hire basis, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Pega AOM implementations. - Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Pega CDH solutions. - Work on strategy testing and campaign simulations. - Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies. - Clearly document test scenarios for stakeholder playback. - Fix and track identified defects through to resolution and conduct retests post-resolution. - Collaborate with development and operations teams for issue resolution and timely delivery. - Conduct root cause analysis for defects and suggest improvements. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency. - Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies. - Stay updated with the latest trends in testing and quality assurance. Qualifications required for this role include: - Expertise in Pega application and end-to-end test processes, including application/API testing & simulation testing. - Hands-on experience with test automation tools. - Good communication skills for writing test scenarios and proactively identifying and fixing issues. - Pega decisioning certification is a plus. - Knowledge of Pega PRPC testing, SOAP UI, Postman, Dbeaver, JIRA, and Confluence is beneficial.
