Pega Support Operations Developer
Location: HyderabadExperience: 10+ YearsJob Overview:

Responsibilities

  • Provide resolution of External Client & Internal Cigna Prior Authorization incidents on a day to day basis.
  • Interact with multiple teams including TPO teams, SE teams, Operations teams, EOCC, and associated IT teams in pursuit of Incident Management resolution issues.
  • Leverage Prior Authorization knowledge to streamline Incident Ticket resolution.
  • Contribute to 24x7 support of Critical Incidents.
  • Respond to alert monitoring for the production environment to identify issues before user impacts are observed.
  • Provide status reporting of urgent issues to Leadership.
  • Understand business impact for issues through daily interactions with team members and users.
  • Provide Incident root cause analysis for identified production issues. Closely track Root Cause Analysis discussions to drive them to resolution.
  • Ensure production issues are resolved and communicated to stakeholders within SLA requirements.
  • Support for Prior Authorization application suite.
  • Resolve Production Tickets within defined SLA limits.
  • Contribute toward the resolution of escalated Managed Incidents in an expedited manner.
  • Be able to provide 24x7 on call Production Support as needed.
  • Represent the Prior Authorization IT point of view in Discussions with Operations/Business teams.
  • Provide 1/1 Yearly Support
  • Perform daily system health check functions.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • 3-4 years of Pega experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in the Pharmacy/Medical Industry Prior Authorization workflows
  • 1-3 years of IT experience in a support role
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Pega knowledge
  • Java technology knowledge beneficial
  • SQL knowledge
  • 1-3 years BPM/workflow experience
  • 1-3 years XML/HTML experience
  • Incident & Problem Management Experience Required
  • Service Now Experience Required

Required Experience & Education:

  • 2-4 years of experience in the Pharmacy/Medical Industry Prior Authorization workflows
  • 1-3 years of experience with Pega Case Management
  • Proven experience participating on technical teams
  • Experience with onshore/offshore model.
  • College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
