Develop and maintain applications built on the Pega platform. Utilize Java and JavaScript programming skills to customize and enhance applications. Work with relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL for data management and integration. Test and debug applications to ensure quality and functionality. Deploy applications on servers and ensure smooth production rollouts . Coordinate with the project manager to ensure that the business architecture aligns with customer requirements. Monitor application performance , identify bottlenecks, and implement performance improvements. Integrate company databases, legacy software , and online services to streamline processes. Troubleshoot application problems , identify code errors, and resolve system performance issues. Conduct system performance tests to assess and improve application scalability. Maintain the security and privacy of all system programs and applications. Involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) , from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support .
