Pega Developer, Sr. Developer

Role Overview: As a Pega Sr. Developer, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements and implementing technical solutions on Pega version 8.x. You will take ownership of application development and ensure quality deliverables through best practices. Supporting the technical lead in estimation and design, as well as in product deployment activities, will be part of your responsibilities. Providing regular updates to the lead/Architect on implementation progress and outstanding issues, managing technical rollouts, post-deliverable activities, and mentoring and guiding technical teams are crucial aspects of this role. You will also need to identify technical risks, develop mitigation plans, communicate the solution to customer stakeholders and technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and manage the application demo effectively.
