Pega Developer, Sr. Developer

As a Pega Sr. Developer, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements and implementing technical solutions on Pega version 8.x. You will take ownership of application development and ensure quality deliverables through best practices. Supporting the technical lead in estimation and design, as well as assisting in product deployment activities will be part of your responsibilities. It is essential to provide regular updates to the lead/Architect on implementation progress and outstanding issues. Managing technical rollouts and post-deliverable activities, mentoring and guiding technical teams, and identifying technical risks along with mitigation plans are crucial aspects of the role. Effective communication of solutions to customer stakeholders and technical SMEs, as well as managing application demos, are key responsibilities.
