Qualifications: - Total Experience: 8-12 years - Minimum Experience in Pega: 6 years - Mandatory certification: Pega CLSA - Mandatory Skills: Pega Application Design Best practices and Code Quality - Recommended Skills: Pega Customer Service Framework Your future duties and responsibilities as a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) will include: - Demonstrating all the skills listed under Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) - Leading at least 2 to 3 end-to-end project lifecycles as a Pega Lead System Architect - Designing applications from scratch, including situational layer cake, Enterprise class structure, and Organization structure mapping - Experience in Pega applications upgrade - Working on Pega 8.x versions and designing application from Scratch - Handling Pega API, Integration, JavaScript API, Listeners, Email Channel - Knowledge of Object-oriented development concepts, SSO, Authentication, RBAC, ABAC, CBAC - Leading development team, ensuring implementation of Pega best practices - Performing code reviews, ensuring compliance with application quality - Providing thought leadership, collaborating with team members, and solving complex business requirements - Integrating new teams into the Pega framework, managing stakeholders, and communicating effectively - Establishing standards within the workflow & case management space and the Pega framework - Ensuring Agile methodologies and DevOps framework usage At CGI, we believe in ownership, teamwork, respect, and belonging.
