PEGA CDH Tester

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end functional, regression, and integration testing for Pega CDH applications. • Perform test pack execution covering strategies, propositions, NBA/NBO, adaptive and predictive models, interaction history, and treatments. • Validate customer engagement policies, arbitration strategies, and channels (web, mobile, email, contact center, outbound). • Review and analyze business requirements, decisioning strategies, and technical designs to create effective test scenarios. • Prepare and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data to support decisioning features. • Work closely with business architects, decisioning consultants, and developers to validate changes. • Execute A/B testing, simulation runs, propensity model validations, and ensure compliance with business rules. • Conduct defect management, track bugs in tools (JIRA/ALM), and support root cause analysis. • Support automation of regression test packs where applicable. • Provide test execution reports, coverage metrics, and sign-offs to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of total testing experience with at least 2+ years in Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub) testing. • Strong understanding of Pega CDH components: NBA/NBO, Decision Strategies, Adaptive Models, Interaction History, and Engagement Policies. • Hands-on experience in test pack execution, regression cycles, and business validation. • Good knowledge of data validation across CDH data flows, treatments, and channels. • Experience with Agile methodology and working in a Scrum team. • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Zephyr, qTest). • Exposure to automation frameworks for Pega CDH testing is an added advantage. • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
