Skill: Pega Customer Decision Hub
Location: Chennai
Experience Range: 6 to 10 years
Must Have Skills:
Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub) Hands on Experience with Min 3 years. Pega platform administration basic knowledge. Proactively check production issues using various tools and solve them. Basic debugging / performance management knowledge Actively suggests improvements to enhance production performance and mitigate issues. Integration specialist, knowledge of creating and maintaining rest api in Pega platform. Understanding of PDC, tracer, Pega logs and other tools for production monitoring.
Good to Have Skills:
Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) certification
- Proven experience in working, designing and implementing Pega CDH solutions in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of decisioning concepts, rules, and strategies within the Pega platform.
- Proficiency in Pega tools, including Pega Decisioning, Pega Marketing, and Pega Customer Service.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of data integration and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
