Job Title: Pediatric Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Pediatric Nurse will be responsible for providing specialized care to infants, children, and adolescents, supporting both patients and their families through diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with young patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to pediatric patients from infancy through adolescence.
• Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and general health.
• Perform assessments and assist in developing patient care plans.
• Educate parents and caregivers on child health, nutrition, and disease prevention.
• Support families emotionally and provide clear information on diagnoses and treatments.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, specialists, and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist in procedures as required.
• Ensure a safe and child-friendly environment within the healthcare setting.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license [State-Specific Licensing Requirements]
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• At least [1-2] years of nursing experience; pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy, patience, and a child-centered approach

Working Conditions:

• May require working weekends, holidays, or night shifts
• Ability to lift, move, or assist patients as needed
• Work in a hospital, clinic, or outpatient pediatric setting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
