Job Description

Motherland Hospital, Noida, is seeking an experienced Pediatric Intensivist to provide specialized care for critically ill children. The role involves diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of pediatric patients in the ICU while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes. Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive medical care to critically ill pediatric patients at Motherland Hospital.
Diagnose and manage complex pediatric conditions in the ICU.
Provide emergency interventions, advanced life support, and follow-up care.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and allied staff at Motherland Hospital to optimize patient outcomes.
Monitor and document patient progress with accuracy.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety protocols, and clinical standards.
Engage in continuous learning and participate in academic/clinical discussions.

Requirements:

MBBS with MD/DNB in Pediatrics and Fellowship/DM in Pediatric Intensive Care (preferred).
Valid Medical Council registration of UPMC.
310 years of experience in Pediatric Intensive Care.
Strong diagnostic, clinical, and decision-making skills at Motherland Hospital.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for family counseling.
Ability to lead and work effectively in a critical care team.
Commitment to patient safety and high standards of care.
