Pediatric Intensivist Consultant

Motherland Hospital, Noida, is seeking an experienced Pediatric Intensivist to provide specialized care for critically ill children. The role involves diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of pediatric patients in the ICU while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes. Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive medical care to critically ill pediatric patients at Motherland Hospital.
• Diagnose and manage complex pediatric conditions in the ICU.
• Provide emergency interventions, advanced life support, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and allied staff at Motherland Hospital to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress with accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety protocols, and clinical standards.
• Engage in continuous learning and participate in academic/clinical discussions.

Requirements:

• MBBS with MD/DNB in Pediatrics and Fellowship/DM in Pediatric Intensive Care (preferred).
• Valid Medical Council registration of UPMC.
• 310 years of experience in Pediatric Intensive Care.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and decision-making skills at Motherland Hospital.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for family counseling.
• Ability to lead and work effectively in a critical care team.
