Job Summary

As an Ad Ops Sales Support agent the role needs development of deep understanding of business advertising products & related troubleshooting. The role expects staff to be empathetic communicate research think logically analytical approach and resolve problems. The objective is to drive high quality of service higher CSAT and faster resolution.

Responsibilities

Support production operations by efficiently managing and analyzing data using MS Excel.
Communicate effectively in English to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Monitor and ensure the smooth execution of daily operational tasks.
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain workflow continuity.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational activities.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Adapt to rotational shifts to provide consistent support across different time zones.
Contribute to the achievement of team objectives by meeting performance targets.
Utilize domain knowledge in ISV and Hi-Tech to enhance operational processes.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process optimization.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis.
Exhibit strong English communication skills for effective collaboration.
Possess a basic understanding of ISV and Hi-Tech domains as a nice-to-have skill.
Show willingness to work in rotational shifts to support global operations.
Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
