Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for the role of PE-Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing within the Hi-Tech domain. This hybrid role requires proficiency in English language skills both written and spoken. The candidate will work in a day shift contributing to innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for various digital platforms. Analyze digital marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Optimize website and social media content to improve search engine rankings and increase online visibility. Manage and monitor social media channels to enhance brand presence and engage with the target audience. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies. Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Provide support in the development of digital advertising campaigns including pay-per-click and display ads. Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of digital marketing efforts. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure competitive advantage. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives effectively. Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry regulations and best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital marketing processes and strategies. Qualifications Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices. Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken. Have experience or knowledge in the Hi-Tech domain with a keen interest in technology trends. Show proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms. Exhibit analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Display creativity in developing innovative marketing content and campaigns.
