Pdc Senior Design and Development manager

As a PDC Senior Design and Development Manager at SUPER AUTO ELECTRICALS PVT LTD, you will be responsible for overseeing design projects and managing the development process from conception to execution. With more than 3 decades of experience in manufacturing Pressure Die Cast Components made of aluminum-based Alloys, we supply as original equipment parts maker to renowned O.E.M. manufacturers in the automotive industry, including 2 Wheeler, Gensets, Tractors, and Auto Electricals. Your day-to-day tasks will involve implementing design thinking methodologies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget. Your role will require effective leadership and project management skills to drive innovation and deliver high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate for this role should possess Project Management skills, Design Thinking skills, strong leadership and team coordination abilities, excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred, along with proficiency in Engineering and Designing 3D Software.
