PCR Direction

As a Broadcast Operations Manager at our company, your role will involve directing live and recorded broadcasts to ensure smooth transitions and minimal technical errors. You will be responsible for supervising and managing PCR staff, which includes switchers, audio engineers, and graphic operators. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that may arise during broadcasts. Collaboration with newsroom producers and the technical team will be essential to execute the editorial vision effectively. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure that all equipment in the PCR is functioning optimally and to suggest upgrades when necessary.
