Job Description

As a PCD and Third Party Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to convert and retain new PCD clients and third-party manufacturing partners. You will be tasked with maintaining long-term relationships with clients by providing effective after-sales support. It is crucial to develop a detailed understanding of the features and benefits of our pharmaceutical products to effectively promote them to potential customers. Your role will involve identifying prospective customer leads, utilizing your marketing skills, and keeping accurate records of all interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Making outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads. - Contacting existing customers to gather feedback and understand their requirements. - Promoting PCD and Third Party Products while explaining their features and benefits to customers. - Building rapport with customers, addressing any objections that may arise. - Closing sales deals over the phone and achieving set sales targets. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - Collaborating with other teams such as marketing and sales to ensure smooth operations. - Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer complaints effectively. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar role. - Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of pharmaceutical products and the PCD and Third Party pharma industry. - Capability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. - Proficiency in MS Office and other computer skills. - High level of professionalism and customer service orientation. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication skills in English. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. The work schedule will be during the day shift and morning shift.
