PCB Rework and Assembly Technician

As a PCB Rework and Assembly Technician, you will be an integral part of the engineering team responsible for developing cutting-edge RF Front-End Modules. You will work alongside industry experts to contribute to the creation and delivery of next-generation mobile solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Perform rework and assembly of complex multi-layer PCBs for mobile devices. - Conduct soldering and rework of fine-pitch passive components and flip chips under a microscope. - Assist in debugging RF Front-End Modules at both the board and module level. - Provide technical support to engineers working on advanced wireless technologies. - Utilize diagnostic tools for troubleshooting and repairing logic boards. - Maintain accurate inventory and traceability of customer property, tools, and parts. - Clearly communicate technical issues and repair processes to engineering teams. - Adhere to ESD protocols, maintain detailed documentation, and ensure compliance records. - Stay updated on mobile technology trends and advanced repair techniques. - Operate RF test equipment such as VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators when required. Qualification Required: - Associate degree in Electronics or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in manual PCB rework and assembly. - Demonstrated expertise in soldering and reworking high-density logic boards. - Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for complex PCB designs. - Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
