Job Description

Job Role: Payroll Representative

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: (work from Office)

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Experience in Payroll Account Reconciliation.
Preparation & Review of Inpat tax calculation.
Hands on payroll month end activities which includes accruals & other payroll journals.
Sound knowledge of SAP.
Knowledge in reporting the local benefits of US citizens for W2 form.
Understanding on various countries statutory rules, regulations and reportings at month/year end.
Blackline knowledge would be an added advantage.
Liaise with the internal /external auditors for the planning and execution of audits.
Month-end close, TB reviews on payroll accounts.
Managing team and having strong working relationship with stakeholders.
