Payroll Analyst 2

As a partner supporting Citibank's HR partners, business heads, and designated authorized officers, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and high levels of customer service. Your accountability includes ensuring compliance with local regulatory and legal requirements, meeting internal and external audit requirements, and maintaining the security and confidentiality of sensitive data. Your role will also involve driving change, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, meeting SLAs and KPIs, and handling adhoc tasks and testing as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Partner and support Citibank's HR partners, business heads, and authorized officers - Ensure compliance with local regulatory and legal requirements - Meet internal and external audit requirements - Maintain the security and confidentiality of sensitive data - Drive change and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement - Meet SLAs and KPIs - Perform any related work assigned by your direct Line Manager or management - Handle adhoc tasks and testing as needed Qualifications: - 5-7 years of relevant experience - Demonstrated understanding of team interactions to accomplish objectives - Specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Skills: Essential - Excellent English written & verbal communication skills - Effective time management, documentation, and organizational skills - Good problem-solving skills; ability to grasp complex issues and provide solutions - Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop strong partnerships with stakeholders - Able to handle a high volume of work - Expert in Excel skills with knowledge of all prominent functions used for calculations and analysis Desirable - Knowledge of advanced Excel would be an added advantage (Note: The Job Family Group is Operations - Services, and the Time Type for this role is full-time.),
