Payroll Advisor

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
• 8+ years of experience in payroll processing or related roles, preferably with experience in overseeing a team
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end US payroll processes and Canada Payroll, regulations, and payroll policies
• Strong managerial skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team. Experience in workload allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Thorough knowledge of compliance requirements and control frameworks related to payroll processing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Experience in using payroll software or systems for data entry, calculations, and generating payroll reports.
• SAP/Workday knowledge will be added advantage
• Should know how to run biweekly, bimonthly payroll and off cycles on SAP

Pre and post payroll reporting knowledge is must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,675.02 - ₹125,000.00 per month
