Our key objective is to establish and maintain great relationship with our property partners by providing excellent service to them related to payment issues to partner. As an Operations Payout Support Specialist, you will be assisting internal stakeholders and external partners for all payment method available in Agoda (Telex Transfer, Virtual credit card, Physical credit card and PayPal). Our team plays a key role in driving for a backend process in all payment areas for our property partners, perform month end closing activities.
