Job Summary:

We are looking for a Payment Collection Executive to manage and follow up on client payments and outstanding invoices. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in field collections, possess good communication skills, and be familiar with maintaining collection records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients/customers for payment collection as per company schedule.

• Maintain proper records of collections and receipts.

• Coordinate with the accounts and sales team regarding outstanding payments.

• Prepare daily reports on collection status and pending follow-ups.

• Ensure timely submission of collected payments to the company office.

• Maintain good relationships with customers and represent the company professionally.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in payment or field collection.

• Skills: Communication, negotiation, basic record-keeping, customer handling.
