Pattern Master - Ladies Wear

Role Overview: As a Pattern Master with over 10 years of hands-on experience in draping and pattern drafting, especially for Western & Indo-Western women's wear, your role will involve creating precise patterns for a variety of Western & Indo-Western silhouettes. You will specialize in draped garments, structured & fluid styles, working closely with designers to bring their vision to life in 3D. Key Responsibilities: - Expertise in draping for dresses, gowns, jackets, saree-gowns, etc. - Deep knowledge of fabrics, fall, and fit. - Proficient in pattern grading and garment construction. - Experience in both manual and CAD-based pattern making. - Work on garments like gowns, jumpsuits, saree-drapes, lehenga-fusion styles, and structured jackets. - Creative problem solver with an eye for proportion & finishing. - Guide sampling teams effectively.
