We’re looking for a Pattern Master with 10+ years of hands-on experience in draping and pattern drafting, especially for Western & Indo-Western women’s wear." Role Summary Create precise patterns for Western & Indo-Western silhouettes Specialize in draped garments, structured & fluid styles Work closely with designers to translate vision into 3D reality Must-Have Skills Draping for dresses, gowns, jackets, saree-gowns, etc. Knowledge of fabrics, fall, and fit Pattern grading and garment construction knowledge Expertise in both manual and CAD-based pattern making (if applicable)Types of Garments Gowns, jumpsuits, saree-drapes, lehenga-fusion styles, structured jackets Preferred Qualities Creative problem solver Eye for proportion & finishing Able to guide sampling teams Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
