Pattern Cutter

This role is for a Pattern Cutter at Maanvi Minimalist Designs. As a Pattern Cutter, you will be tasked with interpreting and creating patterns according to designer specifications. Your responsibilities will include adjusting and grading patterns, as well as ensuring precision in measurements. Collaboration with designers and sewing teams will be crucial to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during garment construction. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi, India. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Pattern Cutting, Pattern Making, and Draping. Proficiency in measuring and fitting techniques is essential, along with the ability to effectively collaborate with designers and sewing teams. Being detail-oriented with strong precision and accuracy skills is a must. Experience with fabric types and garment construction is highly valued, as well as possessing excellent problem-solving skills. Knowledge of pattern grading and alterations, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are also key attributes. Previous experience in the fashion or apparel industry would be a plus.,
