Patient Support Executive – Insurance Desk

We are looking for Patient Support Executives – Insurance Desk to assist patients and hospitals with insurance-related coordination and support. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who have strong communication skills and a patient-first approach.

You will act as a key point of contact between patients, hospitals, and internal insurance teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with insurance-related queries and guidance
• Coordinate between patients, hospitals, and internal teams
• Support insurance desk operations and documentation
• Handle patient interactions professionally and empathetically
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and insurance information
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Escalate issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution

Who Can Apply

• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience
• Diploma / Any Graduation / Under-Graduation accepted
• Experience in hospital front desk, insurance desk, customer support, or healthcare operations is an added advantage
• Candidates with customer-facing experience (6 months – 2 years) preferred
• Male / Female candidates welcome
