We are expanding our Oncology vertical in the International & Domestic Business unit, and are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Bangla-speaking Patient Relations Specialist to join our team.

Role Overview:

This is a patient relations role within the Oncology vertical, focusing on assisting patients (primarily Bengali-speaking) throughout their medical journey. The role involves active communication with patients, understanding their medical needs, coordinating with doctors and hospitals, and driving the conversion of patient inquiries into successful treatment journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for oncology patients and their families.

Understand patient requirements, explain treatment options, and provide end-to-end assistance.

Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare providers for scheduling appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.

Manage patient records, documentation, and maintain clear and timely communication.

Build trust with patients, ensuring high satisfaction through personalized support.

Work closely with the team to convert patient inquiries into confirmed cases.

Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure seamless patient experience from initial inquiry to post-treatment care.

Meet monthly targets for patient engagement, conversions, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English & Bangla (Bengali language) both verbal and written.

Experience in patient relations, sales coordination (experience in Oncology)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Empathetic, patient-centric approach with a problem-solving mindset.
