Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Patient Relation - Domestic. The PR will be responsible Coordinating between hospitals and case manager, handling crm and lead distribution.

Must have:

• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of Hospital Operations & understanding of Medical Terminology
• Excellent Communication skills- spoken & written
• Good listening & perceiving skills
• Quick & assertive in responding to any situation relating to patient treatment
• Must be a Team Player
• Must have the ability to make sales

Preferred/Desired Skills:

• Previous experience in healthcare sector or similar profile would be a bonus.
• Education background in Healthcare/Hospital Administration would be considered
• 6 months of experience in any healthcare
