Additionally, maintaining accurate patient records, following up on schedules, and providing pre-treatment and post-treatment communication and support will contribute to lead conversion and patient satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the first point of contact for patients seeking aesthetic and cosmetic treatments. - Share detailed information regarding doctor profiles, consultation processes, treatment plans, and procedures. - Counsel patients effectively and address all their queries with clarity and empathy. - Coordinate with doctors, hospital teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of treatment plans. - Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up schedules. - Proactively assist with pre-treatment and post-treatment communication and support. - Ensure lead conversion and patient satisfaction (sales). **Must-Have Skills:** - Fluency in English (spoken and written). - Understanding of hospital operations, medical terminology, and especially aesthetics and cosmetic treatments. - Strong communication and listening skills. - Confident, proactive, and quick in responding to patient concerns. - A team player with a sales-driven mindset. - Organized and detail-oriented. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in the aesthetics/cosmetics domain is highly desirable. - An educational background in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Nursing, or related fields is a plus. - Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and interest in the domain are welcome to apply. - Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
