Position: Patient Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their queries and concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Provide detailed information about diagnostic tests, procedures, and related healthcare services.
• Coordinate effectively with the concerned Cluster Manager/Zonal Manager to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor to create a welcoming environment.
• Educate patients about pre-test and post-test procedures to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication between patients and the healthcare team.
• Follow up with patients to gather feedback and improve service quality.
