Patient Listening Staff

Job Summary

We are looking for a polite and attentive Patient Listening Staff member to act as a bridge between patients and hospital management. The role involves addressing patient feedback, understanding their concerns, and ensuring timely resolution in coordination with the respective departments to improve patient satisfaction and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit admitted patients daily to listen to feedback, complaints, or suggestions.
• Record patient issues related to nursing, housekeeping, food, billing, or other services.
• Communicate concerns promptly to the respective department for corrective action.
• Follow up to ensure the patient’s issue is resolved satisfactorily.
• Maintain patient feedback records and submit daily reports to management.
• Assist patients and attendants in understanding hospital procedures or services when required.
• Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
• Ensure confidentiality and patient comfort during discussions.

Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum 10+2; Graduate preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English, Punjabi preferred).
• Patient-friendly, calm, and empathetic nature.
• Prior experience in hospital front office or patient relation role preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge for report entry.

Salary

• As per experience and skills.

Timings

• 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
