Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Consultant fluent in French to handle patient inquiries from Francophone countries. The ideal candidate will have a healthcare background and will be responsible for understanding patient needs, providing information on medical services, and assisting with the logistical aspects of their journey to India for medical treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to patient inquiries from French-speaking countries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide information on treatment options, hospital services, and doctors available in India.
• Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and other stakeholders to facilitate patient consultations and appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow up with patients as required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience throughout the treatment journey.

Requirements:

• Fluent in French (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Proficiency in any other foreign language is an advantage.
• Background in healthcare or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a healthcare setting.
