We provide both in-house and home care support for senior citizens and hospitalized persons across Tamil Nadu.
Job Summary
We are looking for responsible and caring Female Patient Care staff to assist and support elderly residents and patients. The role requires dedication, patience and a compassionate attitude towards the elderly and those in need of care. Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Key Responsibilities
Assist elderly residents and patients in their daily activities including feeding bathing dressing and mobility
Provide companionship and emotional support to the residentsMonitor and report the health condition of the residents to the nursing or medical teamMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of the residents and their surroundingsAssist with medication as instructed by the medical teamFollow care procedures and safety guidelines strictlyHelp maintain a positive and caring environment in the facility
Requirements
Female candidates only
No formal education requiredFreshers or experienced candidates can applyCompassionate patient and willing to work with the elderly care teamGood personal hygiene and discipline in handling patients
Salary
Rs 10000 to Rs 12000 per month plus incentives
