Experience Required:

2 to 5 years

Educational Qualification:

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing

  (Must be registered with the respective Nursing Council)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between consultants, patients, and departments to ensure smooth clinical coordination.
  
• Read and explain doctor prescriptions, procedures, and follow-up plans clearly to patients.
  
• Schedule and coordinate diagnostics, minor procedures, PACs, admissions, OT slots, etc.
  
• Provide medication counselling and support pharmacy billing in OPD.
  
• Educate patients on procedures, preparation, and recovery protocols.
  
• Clarify insurance/cash billing queries and coordinate with TPA/Finance teams.
  
• Ensure complete ownership of patient follow-ups and service experience.
