You will be responsible for providing clear and accurate information regarding billing and insurance claims. Efficiently resolving patient billing concerns and disputes is crucial, along with maintaining detailed records of patient interactions and billing transactions. Collaboration with the billing team is essential to ensure the timely processing of claims.
