You will be required to take appropriate actions and document notes on the customer's revenue cycle platform, following client-specific call note standards for documentation. Additionally, you will be expected to perform aging analysis, comprehend days in A/R, identify top reasons for denials, and furnish reports to clients as necessary. Adherence to MBW's information security guidelines and a commitment to ethical behavior are paramount in this role. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience in Patient Calling, exhibit a strong understanding of revenue cycle and denial management concepts, demonstrate a positive attitude towards problem-solving, have the ability to grasp clients" business rules, be proficient in generating aging reports, and possess excellent communication skills with a neutral accent.
