We are currently seeking a highly motivated RWE-HEOR-Patient Analytics Specialist at various levels to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage Patient Analytics, Real-World Evidence (RWE), and Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) methodologies to drive impactful insights and support life sciences clients in optimizing patient outcomes, decoding patient journeys, and refining healthcare strategies. Your responsibilities will include leading patient journey analytics and segmentation, developing predictive patient models, analyzing patient-reported outcomes, integrating real-world data, conducting health economics evaluations, implementing advanced patient analytics solutions, engaging with clients to translate insights into actionable strategies, leading projects, mentoring team members, and contributing to thought leadership in patient analytics. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Biostatistics, Health Informatics, Epidemiology, Health Economics, Public Health, or related quantitative fields with an emphasis on patient-centered research. - 3-9 years of experience in Patient Analytics, Digital Health Analytics, RWE, and HEOR, preferably within the pharmaceutical, consulting, or healthcare industries. - Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages (Python, R, SAS, SQL), machine learning applications, data visualization tools, healthcare databases, patient privacy regulations, and clinical trial data utilization. - Experience with patient cohort identification, patient engagement analytics, care pathway optimization, treatment sequence analysis, patient risk scoring, population health management, and integration of RWE and HEOR principles. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, collaborative approach, adaptability, continuous learning mindset, and ethical approach to patient data handling.
